I’ve been out for 1 1/2 hrs getting trails a little softer. Did three-four cases up to Rogers Loop trailhead, one km cutoff, thru the woods, the seis trail, back around Thru the woods. I made a trip down the bay side of Raven’s Way to DOT. I did three passes around the stadium loop, nothing else in that area. Ice starting to show through in the usual places. The muskeg by Bills ws too soft, got stuck.
Fast, hard packed snow which is grooming up nicely. No ice on freshly groomed sections. Watch out for pine cones on upper Homestead.
