There's still a lot of new snow out there for folks to ski or snowshoe today, but you will want to be dressed well and ready for some freezing rain or just rain rain. Groomers are reporting that it's too soft for PistenBully grooming and there is glazed ice in other spots. The grooming team may be able to touch up some trails via snowmobile and the TiddTech drags and those trails will turn green on the map if they think that will help more than hurt the trails. (Update 858AM: Groomers were able to drag Telemark, Fox Track, Sugar Road, and Russell Knoll to freshen those up for folks looking to ski today) Skiing is more fun than not skiing and you will feel invigorated, if a little soggy, the rest of the day partying with fellow season passholders or watching basketball if you start the day with a ski. Ski with caution and be ready for variable conditions. Day passes are discounted to $25 for adults and $20 for seniors today. Classic ski and snowshoe rentals are available. The Outdoor Center will be open from 9AM - 5PM today. There is no Cabin service today.

Reminder that today is the Season Passholder Party. Join us in the Outdoor Center from 11AM - 2PM for food and drink and browse the great selection of winter merchandise. Card-carrying season passholders can take 20% off full-priced items (no maple syrup or wine) and 40% off the original price of sale merchandise. It's never too early to think ahead to next season!

There were three googly-eyed creatures that were going to come out of hibernation and show up on Russell Knoll Track today, but they decided to stay in their caves and will appear at some fun events next year. Also, the golden sap pail full of candy has been moved to the Ski Shop basement for any kids looking for a post-lunch treat.
