Trails are open.

Harriman Trail: As part of the Forest Health Project, the Forest Service is working on the Harriman Trail from Prairie Creek to Galena Lodge and Forest Service Roads in the Galena Area. Trails remain open, but expect heavy equipment to be working in the area and possible loose conditions in the areas they have worked on.

Idaho Power is working on burying lines. Some work will occur near and across the Harriman trail. The trail will remain open, but stay aware in work areas.

Seasonal eBike and moto closures are in place until May 1, 2027 on the following trails: Adam's Rib #142 (partial), Castle Creek #140, Placer Creek #141, Rooks Creek #145, Barr Gulch #168, Fox Peak Connector #938, Oregon Gulch #183, Osberg #147, Big Peak/East Fork Peak #076

Updated closing date! SNRA Head Quarters will be open weekdays 8:30-4:30 until September 24th.
