All good things come to an end- With this great meltdown of March 2026, Alturas trails have developed bare sections and sheet ice. 

So we are finished grooming for the season at Alturas. In spite of a late start and early end we have had some of the best continuous skiing ever thanks to Mother Nature and Chad's grooming with some help from Karl.

Thank you everyone who contributed to the Ski Club trails, thank you BCRD, the USFS, the Sawtooth Society license plate grant program, the governing board and all the volunteers!
