Decent coverage a few dirt spots. Definitely not ready for good skis. Couple of the hills are a bit misshapen from heaving. Not many ski marks. This is 5K of lighted well-designed trails through interesting terrain that you'll have frequently to yourself. Definitely worth the drive. Not sure why but the parking lot and field lights at Mirror Lake Middle School were off.
