Kaslo Nordic Ski Trails grooming report for Tuesday December 16
The December rains have been hard on the thin snow pack at the Kaslo Nordic Ski Trail area. This morning we roller packed the main trail and up to Bucky Cabin, but did not do from Hwy 31A to Moose Meadow and the dog trail, where the snow if just too thin. Pools of water, running water, exposed rock, and large bare sections with no snow are common along all of the trails except FSR 7 Mile to Bucky Cabin.
Skiing is not recommended at this time.
