Monday December 8: No new snow overnight though gently falling snow this morning is making a beautiful clean coat on all trails out there.  Last night we put corduroy for skating down on the Rio Grande Trail from the Aspen PO to Woody Creek, including the Spur to parking at Jaffee Park and the soft surface trails.  This morning we are packing with corduroy the Moore Loop 20, Snowmass Loop 60 and Lab Lane, The Owl Creek Trail, not including Terminator yet, and doing a first pass of packing on the Maroon Creek Club Loop 50.  We are continuing to work through all trails as we can.  There is great skiing from yesterdays groom on the Aspen Golf Course Loop 10 and 00 and High School Trails Loop 30.  Check the Nordic Pulse App for updated grooming info and please use caution as early season variable conditions should be expected.  The Nordic Center is open from 9-5.
