Alaska State Parks has taken over the grooming efforts. They groomed yesterday from Glen Alps down to upper Huffman then back up the powerline trail, just shy of the intersection with Ptarmigan Pass. The trail was pretty soft after grooming, due to the snow, being light and fluffy.
