Groomers have been out from Wheeler Road, OO, and Mt. Telemark Village to work the fresh snow from over the weekend, with great results overall. We now have a connected pass through the system from north to south on the skate trail, and will tackle the classic trail north of Fire Tower tomorrow. Beyond this groom, we will only be selectively heading out as weather and conditions permit, and will likely stay closer to those hubs for those efforts. This snow should last a bit, and we are looking at some warmer temps starting later this week with cool nights, so good spring ski conditions should be coming soon. The further south in the system you go the less base there is for this snow to set on, so it is likely that those areas will be among the first to start melting out again as the temperatures rise. I predict we'll be skiing on some decent snow for at least two more weeks up north.
