Nordic Pulse

Another sunny Saturday and more beautiful skiing ahead. I groomed Friday evening. 

Lyles and Scott's have stayed in great shape despite, or maybe because of minimal grooming. Don't avoid them just cos they show red on the map. 

Mack's is still passable but rough and thin in places. The off camber section of Big Bear is still VERY off camber without the snow we need to level it. The classic track is generally excellent but is beginning to show some breaks here and there as well as icy debris from snow bombs. I'm not confident that resetting the track will make an improvement given our current snow cover so let's ride this out until our next storm. 

Forecast shows some precip late next week and we are prepping for hosting the Re-Mastered race that usually takes place at Ponderosa State Park. 
Bear Basin will be closed for the race until 1pm on Saturday 24th.
