Enjoy 25 kilometers of groomed cross-country ski and skate ski trails for every skill level and access to 5 kilometers of snowshoe-specific trails. All trails are off-leash dog friendly!
Bear Basin Nordic Center is operated by the non-profit organization Payette Lakes Ski Club which also runs Little Ski Hill, the only night skiing and "raddest" park in McCall - located just 1/4 mile west of Bear Basin. Great views, deep snow, skilled groomers, and wonderful skiing make Bear Basin a great place for everyone.
Cross-country ski lessons are available for every level of skier. Go to our website for trail passes and lesson bookings. Rental skies are not available at Bear Basin. Check out one of the great gear stores in McCall for rentals before you head to the trails.
