Made multiple passes to rip up the ice that had formed in the past week.  Groomed the following today:

  • Jorgen's Trail
  • Sask 60
  • Bog
  • Porcupine
  • Hawk Hideaway
  • Hawk Ridge
  • Willow View
  • The portion of south Beaverlodge along the fence line from the south parking lot to the junction with Willow View

The above trails are in overall good condition, with the following notes:

  • There are some thin spots on Willow View (3 for a total of about 15') and west Jorgen's (2 for a total of about 10')
  • West Jorgen's north of Porcupine has a few icy spots at the crests of south-facing hills and a few in level spots under large spruce trees
  • The cleanest snow is on Willow View, Hawk Hideaway, Hawk Ridge, Porcupine, Bog, the northern half of Jorgen's, and Sask 60 north of Porcupine

This may be the final grooming for the season unless we receive more snow. If you're able, try to ski Sunday Mar. 23rd and Monday Mar. 24th, as warm weather later in the week is likely to start making things icier after that.
