Marcialonga Track: the heart of cross-country skiing in the Dolomites

The Marcialonga track winds its way through the heart of the Dolomites, crossing breathtaking alpine landscapes, charming villages, and snow-covered woods in the picturesque Fiemme and Fassa Valleys in Trentino. Stretching over 70 km in total, it is best known for hosting the namesake cross-country skiing marathon, held at the end of January when the entire route is skiable. During the rest of the winter season, the track remains operational in specific sections between Canazei and Molina.
The track is also connected to the cross-country loops and ski centers of Canazei, Pozza di Fassa, and the Olympic Stadium in Lago di Tesero, making the area a prime destination for cross-country skiing enthusiasts.
