Conditions are still looking good out there. Some thin patches are starting to show especially in the Discovery Canyon area, so use caution when you see dirt or grass poking through the snow. Hopefully there is some more of that coming soon! Reminder, trails will not be groome...

Trails are all touched up. Stonehedge is not so good if you're not experienced. Some thin spots but all and all not bad.

Folks, The Quanset was broken into over the weekend so we made repairs and took inventory, unfortunately  it was broken into again last night removing a significant amount of things including the rescue sled, fuel, saws and tools.

January 17th, 2025 all trails have been regroomed two times with weighted tire. Due to amount of snow and winddrifts we got yesterday there are some softer areas. Base is still firm with some softer snow on top.

The trails are still cold hard packed snow after another cold night of -25 temperatures.  The classic tracks are solid and in very good condition.  The skate lanes have been             re-scraped this morning and are in very good shape....

Nakkertrak groomed. We only did a skate lane cleanup in some areas because the tracksetting from yesterday was still perfect (see pic). The entire network is in top form and we're about to light a fire in the chalet. It's beautiful squeaky snow out there!

Much work has been done on the driving range, grooming and new tracks. Yellow and purple skate lanes were also groomed, a few icy patches persist.

We will be grooming this morning but waiting for more snow to fall for best conditions. Trails will be ready by 11am. 

Skate track renovated from end to end today.. it's good west of Green's Creek, icy Green's to Radisson, and a mix east of Radisson.  Treed areas tend to be better than open areas.  Too hard to set classic today, we're still waiting for the snow!!!

All trails groomed today! there was about 2cm fresh snow. Sun was out! -5 C at 8 am but warmed up to zero as the day progressed. Caution on Ravens loop as it is marginal in spots. Enjoy the outdoors! Perfect weather for a snowshoe outing.

Trails were groomed today with the snow cat, after a few recent snow storms. Conditions are great for skiing. 

All trails on the St.Paul golf course has been tracked and groomed today. Snow base and ski conditions are excellent due to recent snowfall. Jackrabbit trails at the Tin Cup Trail head have been completed. Skate skiing on the 7th fairway has also been groomed.

Side X side tracks lower valley entered off bear to squirrel then wolf trail up hill to wolf lower trail entry.  These tracks damaged the trail requiring repairs to top of base.  Additional tracks off deer onto upper wolf but not too damaging.

Crew was on the trails today packing the recent snow. No tracks set at this time as sticks and leaves were coming to the surface. Still need a little more snow in the treed areas.

Compressed the snow we got to capture as much as we could before the wind picks up.  The snow is light but should stick to the icy base when temperatures drop.  We don't have quite enough for tracks but we're getting closer

After today's snow conditions have improved. Carpeted twice from Lamouruex to Lac Lundy.

All that snow over the last few days have allowed for unreal conditions. All trails are  groomed and trackset , 9/10. Big shout out to Terry and the gang , took over 4 hours to groom after this monster storm

The Whiteway has been swept for ice skating.  The ice is finally thick enough to take the big machine out!  The snowmobile is down the repairs at the moment so there is no fresh tracks setting for skiing.
