The Nansen Ski Club is the oldest continually operating ski club in America, established in the late 1800's. We provide groomed Nordic ski & snowshoe trails at Milan Hill State Park in northern New Hampshire, while we also work to restore "The Big Nansen" - a 172 foot ski jump which hosted the first Olympic jumping trials in 1938.
Our mission is to bring outdoor winter recreation and fun to the people of the North Country and beyond. We are 100% volunteer operated, with our work made possible through memberships, donations and sponsorships from our generous local business community. Non-members are welcome to try our trails with a single-day pass that can be paid for at the trailhead.
