After inches of rain across our trail system, we are assessing our trail networkagain today for damage to bridges and trail tread. We have already found a few bridges and trail sections washed out. The terrain burned by major fires in our area over the last 10 years is the most susceptible to this volume of water. We will be updating our trail community here as to how this impacts our winter operating season as we find more and make a plan. The good news is that we do still have snow coverage in the Rendezvous and Sun Mtn. trails, and the forecast over the next week looks encouraging for getting grooming and skiing going. Be safe and we hope everyone is well in our valley and across the state.

Stay tuned here for more updates about official trail openings.
