5:50 update, the grader is plowing the lot and it's looking perfect.

5:30 update, 8" over night, 31 degrees and lightly snowing. Lot was plowed last night and is in decent condition. Plan is to do double passes on the main trails to get enough width and compaction for good skiing. Not all trails will be groomed due to the deep snow. Enjoy!
