It's my favorite day of the week!

Nordic Meisters, lunch at the Glen House Hotel's Notch Grille, and then Taco Tuesday! Weather here at the base of Mt. Washington started out as freezing rain last night, topped with an inch of fresh snow. Groomer Griswold (aka Clark) says that the good thing is that the tiller turning it up and being freshly groomed by the PistenBully is making an excellent product. To quote him, "skiing is going to be pretty darn bomber today".

He's setting double tracks in most places. Looking for some moon surface skiing (powder with crust)? Check out the freshies that we left on Peacemaker and Dugway Trace for you.

The snow conditions need more time to set up before we can let fatbikers out on the trails. After 1pm, those registered for Nordic Meisters will be the only fatbikes allowed on the trails.

So what are you waiting for? Come up to Great Glen Trails and ski our 15 km of skate and tracked trails. There's an other 25k of dog friendly snowshoe trails open. Then enjoy lunch with a view at the Notch Grille across the street. Apres with tacos and margs with friends while you look over Nordic Meister results.

Life is good,

Marketing Meghan
