Groomed & set track with the Pisten Bully this morning along with some drift cutting along the East ridge. We got out this afternoon to cut in the Winter Ramble multi-use with snowmobiles & groomed the fence line sections. All wind exposed trails are heavily drifted in spots.
Please access the fenced areas of Highland Glen through established gates. Groomed trails are skiing- only, unless marked for multi-use
Feb 4th Winter Ramble Multi-Use trail update: Yesterday's east winds formed cornices along the ridge, making some sections of the trail impassable. We were able to reroute the southeast trail along the fence line and used the snowcat to cut drifts elsewhere. There are still sections closed out by cornices that we are working on re-routing. Expect soft, post hole conditions in these areas. Wide touring skis or snowshoes are recommended.
