Get it while it lasts.

Groomed singletrack is likely to be a vanishing commodity.  A good experience will require good timing and hitting a window right for firm conditions.

As of noon on Wednesday, the Forestville portion of the North Trails was essentially 100% snow covered, but the south facing sun exposed spots were starting to get thin and the holes around trees were starting to spread, so expect bare spots to appearing in the next 24hours and spreading soon after.

As of noon Wednesday, there were only minimal areas of ice on the trail, but expect the next couple freeze/thaw cycles to change that.  Studs will likely be appreciated, if not out-right needed, by Friday.

Base is definitely soft.  Post holing and trenching will be common when temps are warm.  Please consider other trail users and avoid ruining the trail surface if conditions are sub-optimal.  Think snow shoes and low tire pressures to mitigate or even changing your plans.
