Ferguson Hill Road, Murray Hill Road ( from the intersection of the Golf Course Road to the Ferguson Hill Road) , and the Willow Creek Road were all groomed and trackset today. Conditions are good. Be aware that there is one thin spot with gravel showing on the first corner on the Willow Creek Road south of Murray Hill Road.
The Spring Creek Trails were groomed and trackset today. Conditions are good to very good.
January 30, 2025
The Spruce Coulee and Highline Trails were packed and groomed today. Conditions are good.
Ridgetop Trail was groomed and trackset today. Conditions are good but may deteriorate quickly as a result of blowing and drifting snow.
Use caution on all trails as natural hazards exist.
Please report any downed trees or other hazards to the Visitor Centre at (403) 893-3833 ext 5.
Please be advised that the section of Murray Hill Road from the Spring Creek Trailhead to the Golf Course Road will not be available for Cross Country Skiing for the remainder of the 2024/2025 season. The road will be plowed regularly to allow access for crews that are conducting tree removal work to the south of the Elkwater townsite.
The Murray Hill Road west of the Golf Course Road will continue to be groomed for Cross Country Skiing. A temporary ski access to the Murray Hill Road will be groomed to the west off of the Golf Course Road approximately 100 metres south of the Murray Hill Road.
