April 15: Variable conditions are currently present with warmer temperatures softening trails throughout the day. Skiing will be fast in the morning, but softer patches are still present due to moisture. Please note, there is no tracksetting on Banff trail and Banff Loop due to snowpack depth. There is a large bare patch on Banff Trail next to the Biathlon stadium, please use Lillihammer to get around this. There is an icy patch under the swiss bridge so please use extreme caution in this area.

As we near the end of the ski season, we are now down to one groomer during weekdays and 2 groomers on weekends. So long as the conditions allow, we will aim to groom through to April 30. Grooming took place last night on Banff Trail to the Meadow and Banff Loop. Warm temperatures this week will lead to soft, slushy, spring-like conditions and ice patches/puddles. Please see below for a list of trails with marginal conditions/warnings. Happy skiing!

Please ski with caution under the bridges. There are icy hazardous conditions for skiers. With warmer temperatures during the day, the ice softens and water/slush puddles create under the bridges.
