Happy Saturday from Rikert Outdoor! Today’s mild temperatures make it a perfect day to explore the Breadloaf Wilderness on skis, snowshoe or fat bike.

We are excited to have opened A Climb this morning. Please only ski A Climb in an upward direction. With race skis your best option is to turn hard right on Sheehan and return to the race loop via Myhre’s Driveway.     Please stay right and look for skiers descending First Loop.

Our natural surfaces are thinning in places but offering some fun skiing. Our fat bike and snowshoe trails were freshly groomed yesterday and should be explored, especially by our Frost Mountain Bill Kochers!

The snowmobile will be out this morning freshening up the surface and dropping tracks where we can. Definitely a day to head up high and explore Frost, Mandy and the Burgin Cabin. Holland does have one groom but has a few spots to pick your way through.

Shop is open until 4:30pm with ski, snowshoe and fat bike rentals. We have soup, snacks and friendly staff.
