The skiing remains pretty awesome. Mother Nature's grooming is doing a fabulous job in between the work the ABSF boys do. Get outside and keep grabbing some beautiful spring ski days on the Birkie Trail.

NOTICE: Ladies Fat Bike Getaway will be taking place at the Birkie Trailhead Fri. Jan. 6th through Sun. Jan. 8th. Please be aware there will be bikers sharing the trail with skiers in the immediate area of the start. We recommend that skiers watch for bikers and avoid the stadium areas. This is a special event- bikes are only allowed on the Birkie trail and in the start area for the Ladies Fat Bike Getaway and the Fat Bike Birkie!

The Derksen Family Great Hall will be closed to the general public for this event. The warming area at the Derksen Family Timing Building, at the Birkie start area, will remain open to the public.

The American Birkebeiner Trail is closed as of Sunday, 2/19/23 at 11:59pm until Sunday, February 26, 2023. Race preparations are taking place along the course, but skiing will remain open at Birkie Ridge Trailhead, which has plenty of parking and approximately 6km of trail.
