It's that time of the season where the snow goes and mud shows. All trails are closed to all traffic until things dry out. Thanks so much!
We will be open for the Solar Eclipse on Monday, April 8th from 9AM-5PM. The Outdoor Center is going to have the best view of Sugarloaf Mountain and totality at the same time! It's going to be AWESOME!
The back deck of the Lodge and from the Race trail bridge will have the most wonderful views of the Eclipse. Trails will be open for skiing and snowshoeing. Make sure to get your trail tickets before hitting the trails. Tickets are not required if staying in the viewing area (Stadium and Race Trail). We are selling Solar Eclipse viewing glasses now through Monday. We have a limited supply so come and get them while they last!
The Bull Moose Cafe will be open from12PM-4PM for food and drinks. The Retail Shop will be closed from 3:00PM-4PM so our team can also enjoy this historical moment. Parking is going to be limited so please arrive early and expect leaving to take a little longer than normal. Please remember overnight parking is allowed only in parking lot E on the Mountain, overnight parking not permitted at the Outdoor Center.
Season Pass Holders, please be aware there will be an influx of folks this day and walkers and dogs are going to be welcomed for this special event. Thank you, for helping us welcome spectators to our very special place! We appreciate you!
